Shortly before the event is due to start, people start gathering in the Xena palace. BSquared (Betsy) is making some last minute requests. We don't realise it now, but she has been 'sweeting buckets' over this event. Things have not all been going smoothly in the background. Being a professional she offers a 'calm exterior'.
People continue to gather and mill around as usual.
