Part 3 - Last five photos.
As the event wears on, it does get hard to follow at times. There are several disputed decisions. This is not an easy crowd to please or control! I try to incite the crowd. Maybe we can introduce a mob mentality and get a hanging out of it.
Amar and Lor, with Alc's help, do a great job of keeping the event flowing smoothy, despite this being an open-form room where anyone can say anything at any time to anybody. lolol I bet they wish they were on the moderator stage.
But the event keeps going. At first Abbagirl is in front, then Xanthe is in front, then they are tied. It is exciting. Xanthe compliments Abbagirl on how quickly she can type.
The event continues. By the way, at this stage of the evening, I personally have zero points. At the end of the competition, I also have zero points. There was one question, believe it or not, that I knew the answer too, but I was too slow to try to answer before all these other guys.
The actual knowledge displayed by the Xenites in this room was awesome. Xanthe and Abbagirl were by no means the only people who knew the answers.
Finally the event ends, after maybe an hour and a half of questions.
Xanthe won.
Abbagirl came second.
Petunia came third.
And unfortunately B'tal just missed out on a prize position, by coming fourth.
Betsy then makes a great announcement. She will personally give out a prize of goat poo to the winner.
However she says that instead of the poo, she will give $25 worth of Flooz. She will give $20 Flooz for second place, and $15 Flooz for third place.
The event ended.
And if you think I'm going to explain what Flooz is here, you are sadly mistaken.
