Sometimes in the Palace a party is held if someone happens to have a birthday. Sometimes it isn't. Sometimes a lot of people come. Sometimes only a few people come.

We start tp decorate the room. It's held in Meg's Tavern (obviously).
The lag monster turns up for the party.
GoodAsh was at the gate, leaving a sign, and he returns.
