Part 4 - Recurring characters........Adrienne's music career......which Spice girl?.......emotional difficulties in playing Eve and Livia
Adrienne continiues talking about whether she will re-appear in X:WP, and how X:WP has affected her career.
TRANSCRIPT:
Adrienne: I don't know about recurring. I know that I am in the first 3 eps of the 6th season and at least one more- but I haven't been told anything about the remainder of the season
Adrienne: in fact- I'm not sure if they have even decided what the fate of my character will be
Adrienne: Its an interesting place to be- not knowing if the next script will include your death-- kind of creepy
Moderator: Petunia says: "You can't die -- where would Mel Pappas come from??"
Moderator: Aristo Zandra says: "Have them freeze you for many years like Xena and then show up on Cleo2525."
Moderator: Marilyn(TRBL007) says: "I don't think they will kill Xena's daughter"
Adrienne: Ha- wouldn't that be cute!!
Adrienne: you never know I guess
Moderator: Rohan says: "How has your apperance on Xena changed your career? Or has it?"
Adrienne: Hmm- it depends on who you ask
Adrienne: I've never done a show that has such an amazing fan base- so the response is fabulous- and going out of the country for work has been unbelievable too
Adrienne: It is great to get feedback for your work- and you never know who is watching and what might come from someone spotting you
Adrienne was instrumental in forming a girl pop band. Questions are asked about her music career.
TRANSCRIPT:
Moderator: Adrienne, a few questions about your band...
Moderator: Jaspar & [[Annie]] says: "Adrienne has your Girl Band got itself a name yet ?"
Moderator: ButterCup says: "Adrienne, I heard something about you being in music group. Is this true? If so, do you plan on releasing an album?"
Adrienne: Its been great- and awkward- just because leaving the country so much has made it nearly impossible lately to go for other work- as I've been gone when it would film- but not such a bad thing to be working
Moderator: Marilyn(TRBL007) says: "Do you have any acting gigs outside of Xena?"
Adrienne: hmm- the music group. Ya - I started a female pop type of group almost a year ago- and they officially have a record deal now with an album to come out soon. The bd thing is that being in New Zealand so much this year just didn't work out-
Adrienne: so the girls are moving on ahead and I am looking more at just the acting right now- and I'm also seriously considering a solo album
Moderator: Rohan says: "Did you and Lucy ever harmonize on the set?"
Adrienne: all of the people that I've been working with are excited about the idea and this way my filming schedule wouldn't be detrimental to other people
Moderator: Mel Lemon says: "I'm sure you would've made the band perfect
Adrienne" Adrienne: In the last episode that I filmed Lucy, Renee and I were supposed to sing- so we practiced a few days before- but when it came time to do it- it seemed silly and out of place- so we left it out --- it was a little to :"sound of music" for how dark the Adrienne: eisode was
Moderator: Petunia says: "They should have another musical in Season 6 so Adrienne and Lucy can sing together!"
Adrienne: thanks mel- ya its an odd feeling because I was a founding memeber who put the whole thing together- but now they've gone with someone around 15 and the whole image has changed
Adrienne: I would rather do a solo project where I could pursue a mature musical image - so we'll see
Moderator: Breen says: "It's their loss Adreinne"
Adrienne: I'm actually very excited by all of the opportunities out there- and the last year has taught me SOOO much
Moderator: Killing Joke says: "What's the name of the group, then we can look for it over here ?"
Moderator: Mel Lemon says: "Ah well I shall definitely be on the lookout for any future solo projects"
Adrienne: I don't know= we were called SLAMM- it was the first letter of each of our names- but without me- I'm sure it had to change
Moderator: Shawna says: "yeah, you took their vowel! ha!"
Adrienne: what an exciting year its been though

Now people are saying Adrienne looks like Faith (from Buffy) in some of her X:WP scenes. Someone also says she looks like Sporty Spice (Melanie C.). Adrienne is surprised, because no-one has ever said she looked like Mel C. before.

Moderator: Jaspar & [[Annie]] says: "Jaspar asks : have you evere noticed the fact that you look alot like Sporty Spice aka Melanie Chisolm (Spice Girls) ??"
Moderator: The Xena Elf says: "Have many people told you that in some parts of episodes you look like "Faith" from Buffy?"
Adrienne: its funny that both acting and music gelled this year- and I ended up haveing to choose- when it rains it poors
Moderator: ButterCup says: "she looks a lot better than them!"
In fact, Adrienne says she is often compared to Posh Spice (Victoria Beckham). But beware, she does not like this!

Adrienne: Ha- sporty spice???? EVERYONE I mean everyone says Posh- and it drives me nuts
Adrienne: I've never gotten sporty until now- how funny
Adrienne: ya a few poeple have mentioned 'faith'
Moderator: Jaspar & [[Annie]] says: "HAHAHAH , weve been comparing early Mel c pics with your pic ,, it's spookoy"
Moderator: Lucifer says: "you look alot better than Posh'Adrienne"
Adrienne: wow- I never would have guessed- not in a million- but you never know what people will see in you
Adrienne: thanks
Adrienne is asked if she ever gets recognised, and questions about her emotional approach to playing Eve and Livia are asked.

Moderator: Aprodite says: "Has anyone reconized you in public?"
Adrienne: Occationally- but they have a hard time placing where they know me from- the outfit and makeup
Adrienne: make such a dramatic difference
Adrienne: and its amazing the people I've met that are avid fans- that I never would have guessed!
Moderator: Rhiannon Silverflame says: "You had to work with a very broad range of emotions in just a few episodes--which, by the way, I thought you did an excellent job with. Was it very difficult to have to switch gears so fast, since your character went through so much change so quickly?"
Adrienne: ya- a bit. Not that the acting challenge was too much- but that emotionally I wasn't ready to be the sweet demur Eve- I was still ready to kick some butt! I loved playing Livia - and although I love eve now- it took a while for me to enjoy her as much
Moderator: Vicki says: "What was your fave scene as Eve/Livia from season 5?"
Adrienne: I had such a hard time accepting that she would make such a dramatic change- and lose almost all taces of Livia- that was hard for me Adrienne: ohh- I had SOOO much fun filming the opening sequence of Eve where I am covered in blood and sacking the village
